WHAT'S THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF MASKS I CAN ORDER?   

80 masks minimum per order.

WHAT'S THE COST FOR SHIPPING?

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $500 in the U.S.

IN WHAT FORMAT DO I SEND MY LOGO/DESIGN FOR PRINTING? 

In a jpeg or PDF file.

WHERE DO I SEND MY ARTWORK (LOGO, TEXT OR IMAGE) FOR PRINTING? 

After completing your purchase order please email us your artwork in a jpeg or PDF file 

at customerservice@pjronsite.com

WHAT TYPE OF FACE MASKS DO YOU SELL? 

Premium (with filter pocket and logo), Standard (with printed logo) and Basic (solid color

and pattern). Basic does not include printed logo.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?   

Processing takes 5-7 business days upon receiving logo file and shipping is 3-5 business days.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

After client has approved a printed sample, no cancellations are accepted due to product

being custom-made. PJR On-Site will email a picture of a printed sample for your approval.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?   

We accept Pay Pal and all Visa, Master Card and American Express cards.
